If you submit content to Project '44 (e.g. photographs, corrections, or research), you grant CRMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute the contribution as part of the archive.

We strive for historical accuracy, but the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CRMA does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information on the Site. Unit positions, dates, and other data are based on available primary and secondary sources and may contain errors.
5. External Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Patreon, archival institutions). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
